Ko'o Hana No'eau / HSFCA's Biennium Grants Program

Welcome to Ko'o Hana No'eau / HSFCA's Biennium Grants Program
Welcome to Ko‘o Hana No‘eau, the online application process for the Biennium Grants Program of the Hawai‘i State Foundation on Culture and the Arts (HSFCA). Through this program, funding is awarded to organizations conducting programming in the arts, culture, history and the humanities that benefits the people of Hawai‘i.

Ko‘o Hana No‘eau – “support the arts” is a new venture in technology for the HSFCA. Through the online application process, the HSFCA asserts its efforts to increase access to arts funding for Hawai‘i’s communities and simplifies the application process. Grants are reviewed and awarded relative to the State of Hawai‘i’s biennium budget. To qualify for a grant, applicants must meet the eligibility requirements for the Biennium Grants Program.

Before you begin to complete the forms, please review the applicant guidelines, including the priorities of the HSFCA strategic plan. New users should take a look at the PDF overview of the Ko‘o Hana No‘eau application itself. If you need additional help, you may call the HSFCA at 586-0840.

  • increasing access to the arts and distributing funding in support of arts and cultural activity in our communities statewide.
